• Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent for production and cannot be modified or canceled.
• Please ensure all details (size, color, shipping address) are correct before completing your purchase.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

SunnahVibe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

5. Shipping & Processing Time

• Since all products are made to order, production takes 5-10 business days, plus shipping time.
• Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
